The strength of this company lies in its relationship with its employees. Keeping to the age-old tradition, Tejukaya Group of Companies has retained its family-oriented structure. Its employees too are now a part of this strong family.

Ikebana

Tejukaya Ikebana is an elite project which has sagacious use of space both within and outside the apartments and has given 'a world of majestic living' a new meaning. The target to achieve 100% literacy in Mota Layja, a village in Kutch is being relentlessly pursued. Presently 3,500 students on the campus of Smt. Vimlaben Khimji Tejookaya College, Nashik are honed for today's competitive world. This college was the first higher education institution offering Arts, Commerce and Science all three under one roof.

The Tejukaya Group of Companies' enthusiastic involvement is clearly visible in the various sports events it sponsors. The Tejukaya Cricket Cup, Royal Antara Kutchi Olympia 2016, Layja Khel Mahostav 2017 and Go Kabaddi 2018 are some such events.

KANTILAL K. TEJOOKAYA-
Chairman

As a young lad, he grew up observing his father’s work on infrastructural assignments all over India. The remarkable achievement of delivering the most iconic projects ahead of time left a lasting impression on his mind.

Shri Kantilal Khimji Tejookaya is a name to look up to not just for his excellence in the field of civil engineering but also for the social causes taken up by the company. He is a member of multiple trust funds and educational institutes. He has been a brilliant custodian of the family legacy and has maintained the rich tradition of a century-old establishment. As the third generation at the helm, he has led and delivered contemporary projects along with a disciplined approach towards his assets.

PRAMOD K. TEJOOKAYA -
Co-Chairman

Shri Pramodkumar Khimji Tejookaya was a visionary. As an architect and sketch artist, he alleviated the aesthetics in the projects of Tejukaya Group. His wisdom and guidance have been a catalyst in strengthening the goal of the company which has led to the successful execution of projects.

His involvement with social organizations such as Manav Seva Sangh and Shri Matunga Gujarati Seva Mandal came with the determination and dedication to give back to the society in the best possible manner. His contribution to Shri Seva Mandal Education Society is legendary.

PRANAV P. TEJOOKAYA -
CEO & Managing Director

The early 21st century saw Pranav Pramod Tejookaya at the helm of Tejukaya Group. His youthful dynamism gave a boost to the business of contracting and reality. Being the 4th generation with a responsibility to take the family legacy forward, he had to prove his ability.

As a keen learner, he took the decision to initially work in an outside construction firm. His four years with the other firm gave him an in-depth understanding of grass root level challenges. Amongst other skills, patience in dealing with different personalities at various levels has honed his leadership qualities making this enthusiastic young man an outright winner. He has proven to be the right choice in transforming a century-old legacy into a millennium company.

PARESH M. GADA -
Director

Known for a methodical approach, his judgement in the dynamics of construction is his acme. A veteran in the field of civil construction, he has built a strong relationship with architects, engineers and building specialists. His forte in tackling any kind of emergency is unique and he believes in personally monitoring every project from start to finish.

Our strength lies in our people, who effectively and efficiently work towards the goals and objectives of the Company. They are fully accountable for the day-to-day activities as well timely and successful completion of every project we undertake.

Each member is an expert in their own field and is responsible for making key decisions and monitoring the progress of the project. They are the driving force and tremendous assets to the organization who are passionate, committed and dedicated.
